The final will be judged on 17th April 2022 at the Chester Food and Drink Festival. Popular flavours are honey and mustard, pork and apple, toulose and cumberland.
Dave is passionate about making sausage and uses a “chefs” approach to making them. This February we have been putting a packet of sausages in every order for you to try. Goat sausages have been very popular.
