This heart-shaped lasagna is filled with red meat sauce that oozes out when you slice into it, making it the perfect Valentine’s Day supper whether you love the holiday – or hate it.

Ingredients:
- 1.5Kg Veal Mince (or Beef, or Goat, or Lamb)
- 35g Flat-leaf parsley, fresh
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion, medium
- 1 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Eggs, large
- Tomato puree, to taste
- 1 box Lasagna sheets
- 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 225g Mozzarella
- 65g Parmesan, grated
- 350g Ricotta
