Spanish goat diced on the bone in 1 kg packs ready for making into a delicious curry, the cuts are taken from the shoulder and loin. The goats are raised in Spain in Andalucia. It is free range goat. This meat needs cooking for 4-5 hours in a stewing pot to cook the goat. Always braise in liquid.

Please note that this product is not as lean as our British cut goat hence the cheaper price.

Spanish or Greek Goat Diced OFF the bone is the whole goat diced off the bone so it is leg, shoulder and breast diced and into cubes. Because we import this product from Spain the meat is already frozen.. As the product is already pre packed we can usually ship the order straight away as it doesn’t have to be processed by our butchery. Please note that this product is cheaper than our British product which is hand trimmed in our butchery. There will be more fat in this product than our product, please be aware of this when buying Spanish goat. The fat should melt away when cooking however this is more of a value product than out own.

Spanish/Greek Goat Diced OFF the bone is great for casseroles, stews and curries. We recommend you cook the meat low and slow for the best results.

This product is a frozen product with 2 years freezer life. These Goats free roam the mountains of Spain or Greece , a true free range product which is certified to BRC standards with FULL TRACEABILITY and Halal certified.

Spanish Goat Diced ON the bone contains a mixture of Shoulder, Loin, Neck, Shank and Breast as a result it is full of flavour. ON the bone is the authentic way of cooking goat meat, it provides a greater depth of flavour as well as cooking slightly quicker.

Because we import from this product from Spain the meat is already frozen. It is therefore only available in a bulk purchase of 15kg, pre cut in 1.5 inch size pieces.

Please note, the factory uses a bandsaw to dice the meat, so on occasion there may be small shards of bone. Please be aware of this when cooking and serving your dish.
