Diced goat is best slow cooked as a casserole or curry. Goat mince is as versatile as beef, pork or lamb mince. Chops should be marinated and then slowly oven roasted in garlic and herbs and cooked for 35 minutes.
Do not harsh cook goat (do not grill!).
