HOW TO COOK THE PERFECT SAUSAGE
Sausages can be cooked in various ways from the bbq to in a pan or even under the grill! For quicker methods of cooking we suggest:
– Do not pierce the sausage, this enables the flavour to be contained
– Enusre heat is not too high as this may cause the sausages to burst
– Turn the sausages regularly and ensure they are cooked throughout
For slower methods of cooking such as within an oven:
– Place baking paper onto an oven tray and evenly disperse the sausages across the tray
– Place the sausages on the tray, into the oven for around 15 minutes
– During this time, regularly shake the oven tray to evenly brown the sausages
