Dave Roberts “our Sausage King” has just reached the finals of “Taste Cheshire” with his Pork and tomato sausages. The final will be judged on 17th April 2022 at the Chester Food and Drink Festival. Have a look at our sausage selection online these are all hand linked and made in our butchery using finest Cheshire pork or our goat meat.
Popular flavours are honey and mustard, pork and apple, toulose and cumberland.
Dave is passionate about making sausage and uses a “chefs” approach to making them. This February we have been putting a packet of sausages in every order for you to try. Goat sausages have been very popular.
