Our lamb is reared outside on the farm where they are free to graze. We mature them for seven to ten days for extra tenderness. Ideal for casseroles, curry and stews.

Please note – as the meat is cut through a bandsaw there may on occasion be small shards of bone  – please be aware of this when cooking and serving your dish
