Our Whole Kid Goat Leg comes from kid goat raised for meat. The result is the equivalent of lamb without the fat. We always advise that you braise rather than harsh roast these joints. Similar to a brisket joint, when braised properly the meat will fall apart off the bone. We recommend cooking in stock or red wine with onions.
