Goat Meat

Whether you are cooking curry goat at home for the first time or are a Restaurant we can provide you with the best goat meat.  We trim the meat and prepare it for your curry.  You can have it on or off the bone.  Bone gives it a more authentic flavour.  Tim (the farmer here)  works with his suppliers on farms from, Yorkshire to Dorset to supply Cheshtnut meats. The goats are fed on hay and corn and live in light airy barns with plenty of space.

Often referred to as Mutton in Indian culture this meat is GOAT in species and in flavour. Please view our Mutton section for mature Lamb.
