This is traditional Goat meat. Best for curries and slow cooking. Adult goat meat is reared through the British goat dairy industry, the meat is mature, giving a fantastic depth of flavour.

Although commonly referred to as Mutton in Indian culture this meat is GOAT in species and GOAT in flavour, please view our Mutton section for mature Lamb.
